  These files make up the TCPLOGD package.  This is a sample
  syslog daemon (server) for VM.  Point your Cisco router
  logging data to your VM machine, and modify your Unix syslog.conf
  to forward messages to your VM machine (see comments in the
  TCPLOGD EXEC).
 
  The TCPLOGD server needs MSGNOH privileges.
