SPLSTACK V2L0 distribution.  The VMARC package contains:
 
SPLSTKXA README         (The file you are reading)
SPLSTKXA ASSEMBLE       (The assembler source)
SPLSTKXA EXEC           (An exec I use for testing)
SPLSTKXA HELPCMS        (The help file)
SPLSTKXA MODULE         (A pregenned transient area module)
SPLSTKXA LISTING        (The assembly listing that produced the module)
SPLCLEAN EXEC           (An exec that I use to clean old spool
                         files out of the system for use as a sample)
PROGRAM  MACRO          (Macro needed to assemble)
PROGRAM  SCRIPT         (Documentation for the macro)
 
In order to assemble SPLSTKXA,  you need access to the CP maclibs,
HCPGPI, HCPOM1, & HCPOM2 as well as the CMS maclibs DMSGPI & DMSOM.
It assembles with ASMH or HLASM.
Once you have assembled it,  it can be genmodded to run in either the
transient area (my preference) or the user area.

The userid running SPLSTKXA must have priv class D for diagnose D8 use.

For current users of SPLSTKXA:
The addition of the LRECL field which is new in this release introduces
an incompatability with execs that use SPLSTKXA until they are fixed to
allow for the new field.  See usage note 12 in the help file for
details.  The SPLCLEAN sample exec that is included has been fixed.
 
Please advise of any problems and or suggested enhancements.
