These files contain an HTML version of my 1997 VM Workshop presentation         
(see Martha97) and the execs and CGIs mentioned in the paper.  IPMON            
VMARC contains the execs which analyze router ARP data for duplicate IP         
addresses and trouble making MAC addresses.  The other file, IPMANAGE           
VMARC, contains the CGIs and other tools for managing the IP address            
database in SQL.  Hopefully, they can help inspire others to develop
