Alternate method of packaging the CMS nucleus Perry Ruiter Province of British Columbia http://www.gov.bc.ca/ This a collection of files that describes an alternate method of packaging the CMS nucleus. We have run like this with a lot of success for the past few years now. We find it makes it very easy to run with multiple versions of CMS concurrently. It also allows us to make better use of the precious space below 32Meg. I originally thought of this while we were running CMS 8 and just about to convert to CMS 10. I did the development work with CMS 8 and when we put CMS 10 into production we ran it like this. Now we're running CMS 12 in production with these techniques. This file lists all the files included in this package. In order to put this into production, I'd encourage first reading the file CMSPACK MEMO for some understanding of the history and philosophy behind CMSPACK. Then read CMSPACK HOWTO for, hopefully, instructions on how to get CMSPACK set up and working for you. Between the above two files and this one hopefully you will have all the information you'll need. I welcome feedback and comments.
