Located at the corner of Rose Street and Rose Lane, the William E. and Casiana Schmidt Vocal Arts Center is home to rehearsal and practice studios and offices of the School of Music.

Formerly known as the Koinonia House, the Schmidt Vocal Arts Center was named in honor and recognition of the Schmidts' gift to the Opera Theatre program.
