Photo of McVey Hall (if available)

McVey Hall is located in central campus off Funkhouser Drive. It is the home of the Computing Center, the Center for Computational Sciences, radio station WUKY, and other administrative offices.

Completed in 1928, McVey Hall originally contained classrooms, faculty offices, a cafeteria, a bookstore, and the campus post office. It was named for Frank LeRond McVey, president of the University from 1917 until 1940.
